Your Eddy devices. Right at home.
Use the built-in HomeKit service in Eddy Bridge Agent to make selected controls available in Apple Home.
1. Enable Apple Home locally
Open local Eddy Setup on your bridge and enable the built-in HomeKit service. Keep the bridge running on your home network.
2. Pick your devices
Open Apple Smart Home in Eddy. Review the available devices and finish any command mappings, then choose Sync with Apple Home and save your selection.
Open Apple Smart Home3. Add Eddy to Apple Home
Use Add Eddy to Apple Home to view the pairing information. In the Apple Home app, choose Add Accessory and scan the QR code or enter the setup code.
4. Assign rooms and test
Choose rooms inside Apple Home and test your controls. Eddy’s room assignments are separate. The controls you see depend on the device type and commands Eddy can expose.
Use Siri with exposed controls
Name accessories and controls clearly in Apple Home. Siri uses those Home accessories; adding “Siri” to an Eddy voice-command preview does not itself create an Apple Home accessory.
